With a strong focus on user-driven innovation, Tejs contributes to developing products that meets the requirements of an ever-changing industry.
Focusing on user-centered design optimizes the product around how users can, want, or need to use the product, rather than forcing the users to change their behaviour to accommodate the product.

Søren Stig Nielsen
Sustainability and Commercial Advisor
Executive working with Fortune 500 companies at senior levels on operational, tactical and strategic aspects within international shipping, logistics, retail, apparel/fashion, footwear, electronics, toys, FMCG, home improvement & sporting goods.
As former Head of Sales and Marketing in Maersk Line and later Head of Sustainability, Søren specialises in commercial aspects and sustainability where strategic, holistic and leadership angles are needed.

Liner, Freight Forwarding and Towage
Rick currently advises several leading maritime organizations in transforming their business into the digital sphere. From ideation of new business concepts to guiding transitory change programs at mid and large size corporations.
After a stint in industrial manufacturing as well as banking, Rick was introduced to shipping at A.P.Moller – Maersk, where he has held several senior management positions in container shipping, freight forwarding and harbor towage, most recently as Managing Director for Continental Europe.
Educational background: Bachelor degree in marketing, 5-year management talent acceleration program at the Maersk Group, various management school programs including London Business School and currently pursuing a Master degree in Digital Business.
Investment, BD and Commercial
Former Director of Investment and Business Development China and Europe at APM Terminals, Michael works with port operators, investors and owners to maximize investment and portfolio value.
During his career at APM Terminals Michael has worked with portfolio strategy setting, securing terminal investments as well as divestments and business development projects.
Educational background: Master in Finance and International Trade and various management school programs including INSEAD.
Strategy, Liner, Commercial negotiations
Executive with international experience in operations, P&L responsible of multiple organisations, sales management, organisation development, multiple chairman- and board memberships, mergers and turn-arounds.
Former Vice President in Maersk Line, and Managing Director roles in Europe and Africa. Anders specialises in return transformation of liner companies and terminals where strategic, holistic and leadership angles are needed.
Finn W. Jensen
Liner, Terminals, Outsourcing
Finn’s competencies have been built up both in Denmark and abroad, as project manager with a total responsibility for identifying business requirements, development and implementation as well as the benefit realization of the associated business cases, for several very large global bespoke developments, one of which is patented in the USA in his name.
Finn worked well over thirty years for A. P. Møller-Mærsk, both as director in the Danish agency and lately as CEO for their service centers in the Philippines and China with a build-up to a total of 2500+ staff as well as project manager for three large global bespoke system developments. He has for a number of years acted as consultant for container terminals in USA, Europa and Australasia. Finn is a Chartered Shipbroker and certified in Predictive Index and well as the implementation of global container terminal systems.
A Globetrotter by choice and with positions in South East Asia and Australasia for almost twenty years, Finn, although a Dane by birth, is at home anywhere in the world.
Management and Leadership
Former Managing Director at A.P. Moller-Maersk and Maersk Line in Africa and Europe, Gunther works with Terminals, Ports, Multimodal Transport Operators and Shipping Lines to synchronize Stakeholders in the development of Customer dedicated and cost efficient Transport solutions.
During his 30+ years career with A.P. Moller-Maersk, Gunther was a key figure in start-up Operations & Terminals, re-structuring and leading Agencies and Subsidiaries of A.P. Moller-Maersk, set-up private Railway Operations and as Managing Director driver of strategic decisions as a member of several company boards.
Gunther’s educational background is Shipping & Forwarding programs and in-house A.P. Moller-Maersk Management Education Programs in the fields of Finance, Business Quality Management and Shipping Practices.
Former Investment General Manager at APM Terminals in Asia, Kevin works with investors and ports to secure, negotiate and manage port and terminal investments.
During his career at APM Terminals, Kevin worked with infrastructure concessions and investment, operations and logistics planning.
Kevins educational background is MBA from China Europe International Business School and BA in Transportation from Dalian Maritime University.
Former Regional Finance Manager and Controller at APM Terminals in Asia and Europe, Michael works with terminals and investors to understand and manage risk and value.
During his career at APM Terminals, Michael worked with valuation, performance, controlling, financing, acquisitions and business development.
Educational background: MBA from Georgetown University and M.Sc. (Finance/Accounting) from Copenhagen Business School.
Nicklas V. Fursund
Strategy and Operations
Former Director of Strategy and Operational Transformation at Maersk Line, and Head of Operations in North Europe, Nicklas works with both shipping lines and terminal operators today to improve results.
During his career at Maersk Line, Nicklas worked in commercial roles, line management, product management, HR, strategy, operations and various leadership roles.
Educational background: Master in International Trade and various from IMD, INSEAD and Wharton Business School.
Current Professor at the School of Juris Master, China University, Dr. Porcelli works with infrastructure investors to secure, negotiate and manage infrastructure investments.
During his career Dr. Porcelli has 10 years of experience in consultancies working with transnational business activities.
Dr. Porcellis educational background is a Ph.D. in Law, Cum Laude, University of Rome Tor Vergata.
